Photos: The Piccolomini Library Frescoes

Coco Éclair is, like DrHGuy, an aficionado of both libraries, with or without books, and frescoes. Those interests are conjoined in the book-free, fresco-covered walls of the Piccolomini Library in in Siena. The frescoes in the Library, which was completed in 1508, are in their original condition (never restored). Photos taken by Ms  Éclair
