“So Leonard Cohen of the enormous talent and even bigger dick was really ticked off about how few if any others could match him, at least in the first.”
After serving as the first rock music reviewer for The New York Times, Mike Jahn switched to fiction and has since published 50 books. He is also an old friend of Erin Dickins, who has appeared on this site in the role of Leonard Cohen’s backup singer in the early 1970s. Erin alerted me to Mike Jahn’s provocatively titled (and, for that matter, provocatively written) article and, like Mr Cohen himself, I am “not the kind of chap to keep something like that to myself.” The complete article qualifies as a worthwhile read and can be assessed at the link: This Story About Leonard Cohen Has Sex In It by Mike Jahn (Mike Jahn: Sept 9, 2009).
I am republishing selected posts from my former Leonard Cohen site, Cohencentric, here on AllanShowalter.com (these posts can be found at Leonard Cohen). This entry was originally posted Originally posted Oct 9, 2013 at DrHGuy.com.
