As noted at the previously posted, Leonard Cohen Mural To Be Created At 1420 Crescent St, Montreal, the graphic in the unveiled model (below, left) does not show the actual image of Leonard Cohen that will be depicted in the mural. It seemed to me that the sample offered was – well, a tad bland, so I decided to offer more compelling alternatives. The first such alternative (below, right) displays Leonard in You Want It Darker mode.

Noticing an unexpected surge in views of the post, Leonard Cohen Montreal Mural Alternative Version: You Want It Darker, I looked into the source and was delighted to find that the good folks at Adweek had included a much appreciated link to the Cohencentric alternative as part of their coverage in Montreal Celebrates Native Son Leonard Cohen With Separate, Dueling Murals by Richard Horgan.
