Q: Why doesn’t The Duchess, aka Penny Showalter, participate in orgies?

I once posted the observation that there cannot be an app that automatically sends a thank-you note immediately on any appropriate occasion — because, if it existed, The Duchess, aka Penny Showalter, would be its foremost user. Anyhow, it occurred to me that her obsession with thank-you notes does explain a lot.
